Arrive Well
Parked up in the van near Spurn Point. A beautiful sunny day. Letting weariness rise and wriggle into the light. Inspired by some wisdom from a photographer this morning. Which put into words a way of being that echoes with this Lenten Lingering....
Arrive well
Arrive well in the landscape.
Take a few moments or minutes to breathe more slowly and
to become aware.
Instead of trying to impose our will on the world, seek a
state of empty, open receptiveness.
This paves the way not just to be calm but to find a state of flow. Which
could also be described as prayer. A prayer-flow with the Creator and creation.
